As SafetyCulture continues to grow and scale, we're looking for a Marketing Automation Manager to join our growing training marketing team. You'll be well versed in the types of tech used to power a SaaS business, in particular tools to automate the flow of data from websites and across a range of marketing and sales tools that we use to get in touch with our customers when it matters most.
As part of a small but mighty team, you will work with Lifecycle, Growth, Product, and Engineering to create smart solutions that help improve the quality of the work that we do, with the ultimate goal of growing the use and sale of the Training feature at SafetyCulture.
Technical notes: Right now we use Segment, Amplitude, Hubspot, Salesforce, Braze, Workato, ClearBit, RelevanceAI, and more. We love to try new tools, but an understanding of these ones will be helpful in this role.

How you'll spend your time:Be the point person for all things marketing automation in the Training team, from ensuring leads flow to systems with the right enrichment to building at scale landing pages for ABM campaigns.Work closely with core internal stakeholders including Data & Analytics, Product, Central Marketing, and more.Understand the customer journey, lead flows, and routing through our systems and maintain the buildout, enrichment, and assignment of our leads database.Develop marketing automations for things we've never even thought of automating - from data sources that don't exist yet.Manage change driven by new marketing technology rollouts and updates, including stakeholder engagement. Support cross-functional teams to adopt key platforms' releases and enhancements.About you:Genuinely passionate about all things MarTech. You're up to date with the latest tools and know when they're about to release new features.Have significant experience with at least some of the tools that we use above.
