We're Qloud Games, an Australian-based indie game studio with members from around the world, and we're developing Loftia. Loftia is inspired by the creative and cozy elements of beloved titles like Animal Crossing and Stardew Valley, placing them in an online, multiplayer world. We want to provide a space for players to find their sense of belonging, and work together with the community to work toward a brighter and more hopeful future.As a Marketing Assistant, you'll help us grow Loftia's global audience and support our efforts in fostering a wholesome and engaged online community. You'll work closely with our Marketing Director and Community Manager across various areas, including social media management, content creation, community engagement, marketing administration and creative direction.Responsibilities :

Assist in social media content creation, including content ideation, graphic design, video editing, copy-writing and blog postingSupport marketing campaigns and promotional activities, such as email marketing, partnerships and community eventsHelp foster an engaged online community by interacting with audiences and building a strong connection with playersMonitor social media trends and research cross-industry developments to identify opportunities for growth and engagementAssist with administrative tasks such as responding to support tickets, content scheduling, data organisation and tracking metricsWe're looking for a candidate with:

Experience in social media content creation, especially graphic design, video editing and copy-writingExperience in building an engaged online community on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, X, Reddit, YouTube and DiscordA love for games, especially cozy games, and an understanding of gaming culture, pop culture and social media cultureStrong communication and writing skills, with attention to detailA proactive and open-minded attitude, who thrives in a fast-paced, start-up environment and is always looking for the next challengeForm of employment: Full-time permanentEmployment location: Fully remote – preference for within Australia, but all candidates will be consideredStart date: As soon as possibleSalary: Competitive market rates – based on experience and locationHow to Apply:
