Marketing Associate - 12 Month Contract

Description

We currently seek an enthusiastic and creative Marketer to join the Marketing team in our Melbourne office, to focus specifically on the growth and development of our Health, Wealth and Career segment. This is a 12-month fixed term contact.
The Role
As a member of our friendly, high performing team, the successful candidate will demonstrate initiative and be responsible for:

Jointly contributing to strategy and campaign development across our Health, Wealth & Career segment, with a focus on innovation in our approach
Working with local subject matter experts on written thought leadership development and distribution
Rollout and distribution of global content, including coordination with global colleagues and assisting local colleagues to drive fielding of global surveys
Planning and executing in-person and digital events
Collaborating with marketing colleagues to ensure digital amplification of content
Measuring and evaluating the results of all marketing activities to identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement
Monitoring usage of the WTW brand to ensure accuracy and consistency in the presentation of our brand to the market
Assisting our business stakeholders to make 'smart connections' with colleagues from other lines of business (LOBs), promoting cross-LOB collaboration throughout the business
Involvement in project work as a member of the broader marketing team
Undertaking key administrative tasks that help to keep the Marketing department running


Qualifications

The Requirements

You have an intermediate proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
Your outstanding written communication skills are supported by a high level of competency in MS Office software
Your oral communication and interpersonal skills ensure you stand out from the crowd
