Due to a recent promotion within the marketing team, we have an exciting opportunity for a digitally focused Marketing Assistant to join us on a full-time basis.
The RoleLocated in Wollongong CBD and moving into brand new offices within the next few months, this is a great entry-level Marketing Assistant role for a digitally savvy, tertiary qualified marketing grad.
Reporting into the Marketing Manager, the position will primarily focus on social media and digital marketing, but there will also be involvement in event management and more traditional marketing mediums.
Key responsibilities will include:
Helping execute multi-channel social media strategies, content creation and scheduling to increase brand visibility and engagementManaging paid social campaigns for residential, project, and commercial propertiesAssisting with Event Management of assigned office events such as auctions, fundraisers, market events, and corporate client daysWorking with the National Franchise Marketing Manager to ensure brand consistency across all marketingOngoing maintenance of the company website and social media outletsProducing press releases about property sales, auction results, and unique listingsBooking, designing, and submitting artwork for print media advertisementsResearching, sourcing, and ordering company promotional itemsProduction of signage, brochures, window advertisements, and letterbox dropsAbout YouYou have a tertiary qualification in marketing (or are undertaking one) and are looking for your first corporate opportunity.
You will have a strong social media and digital focus with amazing attention to detail and you'll be excited at the opportunity of working with a legacy Illawarra brand.
To be successful in this role, you will have the following:
Knowledge of (and ideally experience) executing social media campaigns across a range of platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube & LinkedInStrong communication and organisational skillsDigital fluency across all social platformsExcellent communication skills (i.e., written and verbal)Exceptional organisational and time management skillsKnowledge of and some experience using design tools such as Canva & Adobe Creative Cloud including but not limited to, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe LightroomProficiency in Microsoft suite of programsProficiency in Meta Business SuiteKnowledge of Google AdsTertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications or related disciplineExperience in Real Estate or similar industry would be greatValid right to work in AustraliaIf you would like to start your marketing career with an award-winning organisation, please submit your resume now!
