We're on the hunt for an enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic Marketing Team on a full-time, ongoing basis.
About the role Reporting to the Marketing Manager, our Marketing Assistant provides administration assistance to the Marketing and Communications Team, through the delivery of our campaign, event and communication calendar of activities. This includes supporting event activation, social media, campaign delivery, donations and sponsorships, and general marketing tasks as required.
This diverse role works across the Marketing and wider business teams. With your open and collaborative mindset, you will help the company maintain its strong, positive community reputation and event activations.
Your work will be varied and vibrant. As the Marketing Assistant, you will support the delivery of:
Peninsula Leisure's social media platforms and postsCommunity activations and eventsPARC's famous School Holiday ProgramsDonation requests and partnershipsDigital marketing activities including social media, content creation and blogsReporting on marketing performance and data capture including media mentionsAnd so much more exciting, engaging marketing fun!About you With your degree under belt, you ideally have a few years' experience in Marketing and are looking for the next chapter in your career. Or, maybe you're just starting out in Marketing and are looking for a great working environment to build on your talent.
With excellent written and verbal communication skills, you have high attention to detail and can work across multiple brands, projects and platforms at the same time. With a collaborative and solution-focused attitude, you are passionate about delivering quality marketing and communications that inspires activity and connection with the local Frankston community. You can work autonomously, as well as be a great team player, willing and enthusiastic to support senior marketing professionals who need assistance with completing larger projects for the business.
You have:
