The Role Working for a market leader within the competitive residential building sector this is a holistic marketing role within an innovative marketing environment where you will utilise and develop a broad range of skills.
This position is a 12-month fixed-term contract.
Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
Stock control management of all marketing materials including brochures, flyers, sales documents and signage itemsAssist with social media coordination, ad placement and monitorUpdate website and intranet ensuring all content is current and accurate at all timesAssist Marketing Coordinators and Digital Marketing Coordinators as requiredLiaise with advertising agencies for new collateral and amendmentsAssist team with House and Land packages – creating flyers, uploading packages on website, ensuring information stays fresh and currentWeekly and monthly reporting of marketing channel performance as requiredAssisting the Marketing Coordinator with the coordination and upkeep of display home marketing materialReview and report on eDM performance to ensure ongoing engagement and enquiry to optimise outcomesYou You're a passionate and experienced marketing professional, wanting to build a career within the business and are willing to go over and above to achieve this.
You will succeed in this role if you have the following attributes:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or similarEffective communicator with strong interpersonal skills both written and verbalStrong time management skillsExcellent attention to detailThe ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines under pressure in a fast-paced environmentProactive approach, strong work ethic and a can-do attitudeWhy ABN?
