Marketing Assistant

Airocle is Seeking a Marketing Rockstar (Assistant) Do you crave creative collaboration and want to make a real impact through sustainable innovation? Airocle, a leader in natural ventilation solutions, is searching for a passionate Marketing Assistant or Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Picton (with a flexible hybrid work arrangement!).
In this role, you'll be A social media whiz, crafting engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. A content maestro, creating/editing brochures, data sheets, blog posts, and newsletters that sing our brand's story. A data detective, monitoring campaign performance and using analytics to drive continuous improvement. Keeping our website fresh with new content, projects, and materials. A creative collaborator, brainstorming ideas and working with external agencies to bring our marketing vision to life. We're looking for someone who: Is a wordsmith with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Thrives in a fast-paced environment and embraces creative problem-solving. Has a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality. Possesses a passion for marketing and a hunger to learn and grow in the field. Bonus points if you have: 2+ years of B2B marketing or related experience. Experience with a CRM system (HubSpot is a plus!). Google Analytics (GA4) knowledge.
