We're Regional Business HQ, a not-for-profit championing businesses in regional and remote areas since 1991.

From business consultancy and event hosting to coworking spaces and creating vibrant ecosystems, we do it all—and we do it well!
We've planned for this role to be 4 days a week, but if you're the perfect fit, we're happy to chat about 3 days or even full-time—let's make it work for you!
A day in the life of our Marketing Assistant It's a dynamic, fast-paced role where no two days are the same, and your creativity and skills will shine in everything you do, with some of the daily tasks including:
Start the day with a daily huddle to sync up with the team, set priorities, and share ideas over coffee.Log into Monday.com to review active campaigns and schedule engaging social media posts.Craft a tenant newsletter filled with updates, tips, and success stories to keep everyone in the loop.Jump into Canva to create a polished and visually appealing Digital Action Plan for one of our clients.Pop into one of the training sessions we are delivering to capture vibrant photos and videos for social media and future marketing materials.Monitor our socials before reviewing the day's progress, sharing wins, and planning for tomorrow with the team.Who we are looking for We're looking for a candidate who brings creativity, organization, and a collaborative spirit to the table.
You should be brimming with big ideas, have a sharp eye for detail, and thrive in a team environment.
As a tech-savvy individual, you'll confidently navigate marketing tools and digital platforms, juggling multiple projects with ease.
Reliability and professionalism are a must, but we also value someone who knows how to keep things fun and engaging.
Strong communication skills, a knack for digital marketing, and a willingness to learn and grow round out the ideal candidate's profile.
Bonus points if you have a flair for graphic design!
Who we are Regional Business HQ are a small close-knit team of individuals who are passionate about supporting regional businesses to thrive.
We are going through a period of growth and change and are continuing to focus on the creation and sustainable development of new employment opportunities in regional areas by assisting and nurturing new and existing businesses.
We do this through the provision of low-cost business consultancy services, training facilitation, grant and tender application support, event planning and hosting, collaboration with local agencies and other business support.
