Position: Marketing and Social Media Assistant 
Location: East Brisbane, QLD 4169 
Employment Type: Permanent Part-Time – 3 days a week 
Hourly Rate: $30-$32 per hour 
Working Hours: Flexible to suit candidate, between 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday based in the East Brisbane Office.  
About the Role: As our Marketing and Social Media Assistant at Health N Home, you will play a key role within our team in enhancing our brand visibility and engagement through various digital channels. This newly created position involves creating promotional content, managing bulk email campaigns, and utilizing social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads to drive outreach and engagement.

Key Responsibilities: Content Creation & Management: - Develop engaging promotional emails and newsletters that resonate with our audience.
- Create and curate content for social media platforms, ensuring alignment with our brand message.
Digital Marketing Campaigns: - Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns across various digital platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for optimization.
- Work with our New Zealand based digital marketing assistant to share ideas and support for the organisation's shared goals.
Community Engagement: - Interact with our online community, responding to inquiries and comments to foster engagement and trust.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify opportunities for community involvement and partnerships.
Analytics & Reporting: - Track and analyse marketing metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and social media engagement.
Administrative Support: - Assist with general administrative tasks related to marketing, including scheduling, documentation, and project coordination.

Requirements: Legal Right to Work: Only applicants with legal Australian working rights will be considered. 
Referees: Two work-related referees must be provided as part of the application process. 
Police Vetting: Due to the nature of the role, all applicants must be able to pass a police vetting process.
Yellow Card: Applicants must hold a valid Yellow Card. 
Remuneration: The role offers a pay rate between $30 and $32 per hour, depending on experience.
