The corporate group currently operates its business activities in Mainland China, Hong Kong, Canada and Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic marketing and sales plans to achieve business goals.
Lead market research and identify new opportunities for business growth.
Oversee the creation and execution of campaigns, promotional events, and marketing materials.
Create and maintain sales and marketing budgets.
Prepare reports and presentations to update management with sales progress.
Coordinate with the design and project teams to furnish information that supports effective product positioning.
Manage and mentor the sales and marketing team, providing guidance and support.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Analyze market trends and customer feedback to adjust strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure brand consistency and optimal results.
Monitor sales performance, set targets, and develop strategies to meet and exceed them.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
Proven experience in a Marketing and Sales Manager role or similar.
Strong understanding of marketing and sales principles, strategies, and tactics.
Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.
Proficient in digital marketing, social media platforms, and CRM tools.
Results-driven with strong problem-solving abilities.
