This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimising the end-to-end delivery of in-person and virtual events, including the creation of promotional campaigns across HubSpot CRM, email, social media, and paid advertising platforms.
Position Responsibilities Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of both virtual and in-person events (conferences, company retreats, webinars, etc).Oversee all aspects of event and marketing projects from conception to completion, ensuring all deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns that align with event goals, including digital advertising, social media, email marketing, and more.Work closely with internal teams, external vendors, and senior stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient event execution.Prepare and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining a high standard of quality.Track event performance, gather feedback, and analyse results to optimise future events and campaigns.Ensure brand consistency across all event and marketing materials, upholding the company's values and image.About You Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years' experience in event planning and/or marketing project management.Proven experience managing large-scale events and integrated marketing campaigns.Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Detail-oriented with a creative mindset and problem-solving abilities.Exceptional skills in managing relationships with senior stakeholders.Strong verbal and written communication skills.
