Cairns Diesel Service Pty Ltd is seeking a talented Marketing and E-Commerce Specialist to join our team in Cairns, Queensland.
This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in driving our digital marketing and e-commerce initiatives.
As a key member of our dynamic marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase brand visibility, drive online sales, and enhance the overall customer experience.
What you'll be doing
Developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote our products and services. Managing and optimising our e-commerce platform to provide a seamless shopping experience for customers. Creating engaging content, including social media posts, website copy, and email campaigns, to attract and retain customers. Analysing customer data and website analytics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Collaborating with the sales and customer service teams to ensure a consistent brand message and exceptional customer experience. Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance our digital presence. What we're looking for
Proven experience in digital marketing and e-commerce management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling, on-brand messaging. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms, content management systems, and digital marketing tools. Demonstrated creativity and an eye for design to create visually appealing marketing assets. A keen understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) and online advertising strategies. A keen interest in the industry and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Lives in Cairns or is willing to live in Cairns. Holds Australian citizenship with English as your first language. What we offer
