About the role ARC (The Australian Reinforcing Company) have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Marketing & Communications Specialist.
Based out of Victoria this role covers a national scope to ensure we get the best possible content and exposure within our business.
This may include travelling interstate to any of our many ARC branches, trade conferences, or building sites that feature our products across the country!
In this role you will take the lead on key initiatives designed to elevate and strengthen ARC's brand—both internally and in the marketplace.
You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders across a range of projects, handling both strategic and administrative functions to boost ARC's visibility, engage audiences, and ensure our brand is visible.
Key responsibilities:   Develop, implement and maintain a social media presence for LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram Brand promotion in line with various marketing plans and campaigns Coordinate, maintain and understand industry relationships and events to foster brand awareness Utilise sponsorship for advertising and brand strengthening Design marketing materials for digital and print purposes Working collaboratively and supporting the internal stakeholders on various projects and initiatives  Collaborate with sales team to develop case studies in brochure, video and digital format To be successful in this role we are looking for someone who has a high level of enthusiasm, initiative and creativity alongside a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy.
You will have the ability to work autonomously and in teams with all levels of stakeholders within the business.
You also have:   A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or a related area is favourable however the ability to demonstrate experience is most important Excellent written and verbal communication  Proofreading, copy editing, desktop publishing  Demonstrated experience in Graphic Design incl experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or InDesign Experience using word press, or similar web management software Experience using MS Office Suite Experience in creating Brand Awareness Familiar with managing projects across different business functions Construction industry experience is desirable however not essential Key Benefits Below are some of our key central benefits that are available to InfraBuild employees.
