About the role We're seeking a Marketing Communications Projects Manager to lead the development and delivery of the customer marketing and communications plan for the West Gate Tunnel Project (WGTP), ensuring a positive on-road experience and toll road readiness for all road users.
You'll join a highly motivated team who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and working closely with internal stakeholders to drive business outcomes.

Day-to-day, you will: Lead the development and delivery of the customer marketing and communications strategy for WGTP, including plans, timelines and budgets supporting project initiatives and road opening.
Partner with internal stakeholders to gather project needs and specifications to ensure successful project delivery.
Develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns, including customer competitions, incentives, and tactical activities to support project initiatives and road opening.
Develop and manage end-to-end customer communications to support the project and key initiatives, across all customer touch points.
Manage brand, tone of voice, and message consistency across communications to ensure a positive customer experience.
Liaise with internal stakeholders and external parties to ensure tasks are delivered on brief, on time, and on budget.
Lead a project working group supporting the delivery of customer initiatives, provide regular communication updates and participate in key meetings as the Marketing Communications lead to ensure project success.
This role will suit someone with a curious mind and transferrable skills and experiences, including: A degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field is required.
At least 8 years of experience in marketing and people leadership Strong project management and time management skills are required to deliver multiple projects simultaneously on time and within/or under budget.
Exceptional writing, verbal and interpersonal skills are required to relate to all levels of management and external stakeholders.
Experience in liaising with external partners and third-party suppliers Preferred Consumer related industry experience is preferred.
Sound understanding of the marketing and communications function for an organisation that spans corporate, and consumer audiences is preferred.
Experience delivering marketing activity to support major projects, particularly for infrastructure related projects.
