Marketing / Administration Coordinator – Full Time or Part time Are you a self-motivated with a Positive Attitude  Have experience in Marketing & Administration ABOUT US Hercules Plastics is leading manufacturing business located in Arndell Park and has been operating for the past 25 years.
Hercules Plastics designs and manufactures a wide range of high-quality plastic products for countless industries such as, chemical, science, nuclear and many more.
We are looking for a proactive and organized Marketing and Administration Coordinator to Join our team and help us streamline operations and grow our brand presence 
About the role: Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns (digital, print, trade shows, etc.)Manage the company's social media accounts and website updatesCreate and maintain product catalogues, brochures, and marketing materials.Design short Videos for Media and in house trainingMaintain Customer database and manage lead generation activitiesHandle administrative duties, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and maintaining records Assist with customer inquiries and basic order processing Assisting with the week to week of running the workflow and jobsGeneral administration Bookkeeping of accounts and Reconciling Managing stationary, purchasing, freight, insurances, vehicle reg About you Reliable and self- motivated candidates, with an eye for details and great organisation skills are encouraged to apply. We are looking for someone who has marketing, administration, bookkeeping and customer service experience with a friendly phone manner. Strong organizational and multitasking abilitiesExperience working in a similar industry is advantageous, although not essential.Experience using XERO is preferred – by MYOB users or similar who are fast learners will be considered for the role.Experienced with MICROSOFT platforms – Outlook, Excel, and WORD etc, and other CRM. programs is essential.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Knowledge of social media platforms and basic website management. Ability to work independently and as part of a small, dynamic team.
