This role requires a flexible schedule to accommodate critical promotional events, including adjusting work hours to ensure campaigns run seamlessly.
Your responsibilities will include:Understanding, analysing, reporting, and developing insights into visitor footfall and traffic patterns in venueEnsuring that we have clear understanding of appropriate legislation in relation to marketing and that all activity is appropriately licenced, subject to appropriate terms & conditions, and executed accordinglyDesigning, planning, implementing and measuring member loyalty promotions to drive measurable outcomes including impact on sales and revenueCreate and execute loyalty promotions including reporting and analysis on participation rates and impact on, revenue and foot trafficBrief and manage promotional staff as well as internal stakeholders to ensure member loyalty promotions are communicated and boosted during promotional periods to incite engagement and participationBrief and manage external entertainment vendors and performers including live entertainment and bespoke requirements including children's entertainment to support specific family events at West HQWork closely with West HQ Customer Service and Team Leaders to communicate member loyalty promotions and provide support and counsel to resolve customer issuesWorking closely with the Digital Marketing team to build out and deliver the member loyalty communications strategy and co-ordination of owned assets such as SMS, newsletters and digital screenOur perfect fit:Strong organisational and time-management skillsAbility to adapt to a flexible schedule, including occasional evening and weekend hoursExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesFamiliarity with marketing tools and platforms (experience is a plus)A proactive, solution-oriented mindsetWhat do you need to be considered?Experience in loyalty program planning, management and measurement including understanding of owned channels how to best optimise themAnalytical and reporting abilities to understand member loyalty impacts on commercial outcomesEffective communication between internal staff, suppliers, strategic and commercial partners and customersManagement of multiple digital assets across web, social media and eDMsTertiary qualification in a relevant discipline (advantageous)Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on team collaboration and experience working with design agenciesExperience in managing multiple projects, stakeholders and deadlinesExperience in developing high quality, relevant and engaging promotional content which is compliant to industry guidelines an in-line with the overall West HQ brand strategyAbility to prioritise and meet tight deadlines on multiple projects
