This role requires a flexible schedule to accommodate critical promotional events, including adjusting work hours to ensure campaigns run seamlessly. Your responsibilities will include:
Understanding, analysing, reporting, and developing insights into visitor footfall and traffic patterns in venue.Ensuring that we have a clear understanding of appropriate legislation in relation to marketing and that all activity is appropriately licensed, subject to appropriate terms & conditions, and executed accordingly.Designing, planning, implementing, and measuring member loyalty promotions to drive measurable outcomes including impact on sales and revenue.Creating and executing loyalty promotions including reporting and analysis on participation rates and impact on revenue and foot traffic.Briefing and managing promotional staff as well as internal stakeholders to ensure member loyalty promotions are communicated and boosted during promotional periods to incite engagement and participation.Briefing and managing external entertainment vendors and performers including live entertainment and bespoke requirements including children's entertainment to support specific family events at West HQ.Working closely with West HQ Customer Service and Team Leaders to communicate member loyalty promotions and provide support and counsel to resolve customer issues.Working closely with the Digital Marketing team to build out and deliver the member loyalty communications strategy and coordination of owned assets such as SMS, newsletters, and digital screens.Our perfect fit: Strong organisational and time-management skills.Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule, including occasional evening and weekend hours.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (experience is a plus).A proactive, solution-oriented mindset.What do you need to be considered? Experience in loyalty program planning, management, and measurement including understanding of owned channels and how to best optimise them.Analytical and reporting abilities to understand member loyalty impacts on commercial outcomes.Effective communication between internal staff, suppliers, strategic and commercial partners, and customers.Management of multiple digital assets across web, social media, and eDMs.Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline (advantageous).Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on team collaboration and experience working with design agencies.Experience in managing multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines.Experience in developing high-quality, relevant, and engaging promotional content which is compliant with industry guidelines and in-line with the overall West HQ brand strategy.Ability to prioritise and meet tight deadlines on multiple projects.
