We are looking for a motivated Marketing Administrator and Sales Support candidate to join our friendly and supportive team in Tullamarine .
This role involves coordinating marketing campaigns , creating custom content to attract potential clients including email marketing, event coordination, brochures and the like, so it is a great opportunity to flex your creative and social skills!
This is a full-time or part-time (4 days) opportunity, fully office-based in Tullamarine.
Starting in a temporary position with the expectation to move to permanent after the first 3-6 months.
ABOUT THE ROLE: Hourly rate of $35 - $40 ph + super | ASAP Start Full-time or Part-time (4 days) | Monday – Friday | 9am – 5pm Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media and expo attendance.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
Provide administrative support to the sales team by preparing estimates, lead management, updating the CRM system, preparing sales proposals and more.
Ad-hoc office and administration tasks including laminating, filing paperwork, organising office area, creating labels and tags, and shredding confidential documents.
ABOUT YOU: Minimum of three years experience in B2B sales support, marketing and administration.
Prior experience within the construction industry is highly desirable.
Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
Able to establish, build and maintain respectful, effective working relationships with stakeholders.
Proficiency in using software such as the Microsoft Office Suite, Zoho CRM, BCI.
Self-motivated and ability to work unsupervised.
Must hold Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
