We are recruiting an experienced Marketing/Admin manager

This is a fast-paced role that will see you join a the team as the "go-to" person, this role will see you utilize your administration, time management, and organisational skills. On a daily basis, your duties will include
Accurate diary managementPreparation of market proposals & pre listings kitsAll management and placement of advertising and marketing materialManage, signboards, brochures, and floor plansLiaise with solicitors, vendors, and buyersAuction day preparationDistribute communication to clients on behalf of the sales teamRegular meetings and training sessionsAd hoc tasks The Candidate: Previous Real Estate experience is preferred Strong administration skills and excellent communication skills (written and verbal)Own Car & Driver's licenseManage a steady volume workloadProvide a high standard of customer serviceAbility to work autonomously & part of a team
