We are seeking a detail-oriented and diligent Market Researcher to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to research and verify company information to ensure the accuracy and completeness of our database, review new leads that don't match to an account, monitor the marketing reply inbox, and perform various other administrative tasks.
What You'll Do:
Conduct thorough online research to gather accurate firmographic data on companies, including but not limited to: Company name, address, phone number, website URL, industry classification, employee count, annual revenue, key executives & their contact information) Verify the accuracy of existing data and update records as necessary Identify and report any discrepancies or outdated information Utilize various online resources, databases, and tools to obtain reliable data Ensure data integrity and compliance with data quality standards Maintain detailed records of research methods and sources used for data collection Collaborate with internal teams to clarify data requirements and provide regular progress updates Unmatched Leads review and conversion and account creation Monitor the Marketing reply inbox for unsubscribes, data subject requests, inquiries, complaints, etc Manual tracking of stage/pipeline changes specific to bundle POC deals
What You'll Bring to the Team:
Proven experience in data research, data entry, or a related field Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in using online research tools, databases, and resources Ability to handle large volumes of data efficiently Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Familiarity with firmographic data and business directories is a plus Basic knowledge of data privacy regulations and practices
