Job overview:
The installations manager will be responsible for coordinating installation projects in accordance with project plans and delivering them in line with Integ marine groups objectives. The role is a hands-on role overseeing and managing all aspects of installation projects and communicating effectively with stakeholders to consistently deliver them on time and within budget. The role will bring expertise in installation service meeting the highest standards of precision and craftsmanship to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities and job duties :
Plan ahead to ensure all resources, tools and materials are on hand for all jobs Direct and coordinate installation projects by collaborating with a team to deliver projects on time, within budget and with no wastage. Ensure installation projects are completed with a strong attention to detail and with a commitment to the company quality standard. Provide proactive support to managers and shareholders to address project defects. Ensure on-the-job training of all staff. Promote and drive a culture of continual improvement. Manage customer expectations to ensure they are satisfied with our services. Uphold a positive and proactive safety culture and lead by example in all aspects of the business. Ensure projects meet organisational requirements for quality management, health and safety, legal stipulations, business policies and general duty of care. Ensure compliance with Work Health and Safety guidelines and ensure your team is implementing safe work practices. Position Qualifications:
5+ years' experience in marine and/or similar field - preferred but not essential. 1+ year's experience in a previous management role. Knowledge of marine vessels and infrastructure with a strong technical background. Ability to work on multiple projects at once with a focus on detail and problem solving. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with senior leaders and other team members. Elevated work platform ticket. Additional requirements and skills :
