Job DescriptionIndustry/ Organization Type: Marine Spare Parts & Machinery StockistPosition Title: Marine Service ManagerWorking Location: West – Gul CircleWorking Hours: 5.5 days (Mon-Fri: 8 am-6 pm, every Sat: 8 am-1 pm)Salary Package: Up to SGD 7000 + Bonus + On-site allowanceDuration: PermanentKey ResponsibilitiesLead a team of Service Engineers & Technicians and supervise the overhauling & commissioning of Engine & other auxiliary equipment.Work in Anchorage, Off-port limits, shipyard, and onboard vessels for voyage repair.Collaborate with contractors for jobs that must be outsourced.Prepare service and calibration reports of the work activities.Advise and recommend to the Technical Superintendent and Chief Engineer on faults/defects and operation of the machinery in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications.Provide technical support and deliver high-quality service standards to satisfy customers.Conduct risk assessments for each service and observe safe work practices and regulations onboard vessels & in the workshop.Conduct daily toolbox meetings.Responsible for continual improvement in the Service Department.Minimum RequirementsMin.
