I have partnered exclusively with a well-known builder with an excellent reputation in the Queensland market spanning over 50 years of proven success delivering projects more than $50m+, specialising in the commercial project market.
After a successful 2024, with a strong pipeline of work for 2027 and beyond from trusted, repeat clients, they are now hiring an experienced Contracts Administrator due to growth and project wins.
They operate across a range of delivery methods, with D&C being a big focus.
They are looking for someone with proven experience within the Commercial Construction industry.
Specialising in a diverse range of projects including residential apartments, education, government, community, health, and more.
A diverse range of new build project experience is advantageous.
Ideal traits the successful candidate will have:
5 - 10+ years of experience.

With a strong pipeline of work already under construction and due to company growth, they are looking for an experienced Contracts Administrator to join the team in their Brisbane office.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is a leader, self-motivated, confident, honest, reliable, and looking to grow their career to step into this role.
Your Requirements:
Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management & Economics, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent are preferred.
Excellent communication & relationship-building skills with various stakeholders (clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors, etc.).
Local experience and relationships with consultants and subcontractors.
Ideally 10 years industry experience running your own projects between $10m - $50m+.
Strong tenure with previous employers.
