Our Manufacturing & Supply Graduate will gain exposure across multiple areas within the Industrial Affairs Consumer Healthcare Business over a 24-month Rotating Graduate Program.
Your role will be to lead and deliver Quality objectives with specific outcomes in areas such as Quality Assurance, Compliance, Validation, Systems & Technical, and Quality Control along with partnering with Production Leaders on Action plans, Performance & Processes.

Main responsibilities: Work with the Quality Leadership team to understand the manufacturing environment and Quality processes that support the site with a view to identify and support objectives in: Deviations, Change Controls, Complaints, batch release, QC lab investigations Qualification, Validation and Computer Systems Validation New Product Development and Existing Product Development Quality activities Quality improvements where opportunities for efficiency gains and effectiveness Ensuring compliance to Sanofi Quality Systems Promote a high-quality performance mindset Always ensuring all actions taken meet Sanofi, Australian (Therapeutic Goods Administration) & overseas regulations and guidelines, including compliance Work with the Production Manager, Team Leaders and Operators to improve processes and drive deviation reduction Undertake root cause analysis and implement effective CAPAs to reduce repeat deviations in production and across the site Understand, analyse and develop action plans on the reporting and score card reports in regard to both Quality and Performance KPIs based off reviews and reports Our Graduate Program The Sanofi Consumer Healthcare Graduate Program is a 24-month rotational program that offers you a fully supported learning environment to cultivate your development and build your future.

We're looking for Graduates who: Have an interest in Consumer Goods- particularly in the Health and Wellness Industry, and completed an undergraduate degree in the areas of Industrial, Manufacturing & Production or Engineering from a recognised tertiary institution by December 2024.
