Our head office is based in Orange NSW and supports an office in West Wyalong.The Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manufacturing – Senior Project Manager to join a leading steel fabrication company specializing in medium and heavy metal designed steel projects.Key Responsibilities:Oversee Projects specific production processes, ensuring high-quality outputs for steel structures and pipelines.Work closely with internal and external key stakeholders, ensuring projects meet timelines and quality standards.Understanding of ISO9001 requirements.Collaborate closely with external suppliers, designers, and project managers to ensure project specifications and timelines are met.Work with internal stakeholders to improve production efficiency, workflow, and safety in a fast-paced, precision-driven environment.Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and projects.Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure all products adhere to industry and client standards.About You:Proven experience in Manufacturing Project Management within the steel fabrication and construction industry, preferably with a focus on structural steel and piping projects.Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.A keen eye for detail and commitment to delivering high-quality products on time.Knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.What Hort Enterprises can offer you:Competitive salary package.Opportunity to work on significant projects.Be part of a growing company with a strong industry reputation.Collaborative and supportive team environment.Successful candidates will be asked to provide referee details in the interviewing process and if successful to undergo a pre-employment medical and police check.
