About the Role We are searching for a motivated individual who can lead a small team to ensure seamless coordination of our warehouse and production facility in Wacol.
In the role of Manufacturing Operations Coordinator you will be responsible for:
Updating and maintaining accurate inventory records by conducting regular stock checks, reconciling discrepancies and updating the inventory management system;Implementing and enforcing standard operating procedures to optimise warehouse efficiency and productivity;Monitoring and scheduling material demand and identifying any shortages or bottlenecks in usage and production;Managing deadlines based on project expectations;Ensuring the warehouse is organised and clean, following safe work practices and security measures;Leading a small team in operational effectiveness including the highest safety standards;Adhering to best practice manufacturing standards;Efficiently use warehouse management systems and systems applications and product in data processing software;Following and lead through company policies and proceduresAbout you We believe you will be successful in this role through drawing on your 3 - 5 years plus experience in a similar role. You will also have:
