Your new role: Your new role is to lead and manage a maintenance and engineering team to carry out both preventative and breakdown maintenance of the plant and facilities.
- Lead performance and review preventative maintenance programs for continuous improvement in reliability, costs, and equipment uptime.
- Ensure availability and regular review of work instructions and SOPs for maintenance practices and activities.
- Supervise and professionally develop Maintenance Team.
- Develop Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) plans and support PHA execution.
- Lead/contribute to applying engineering principles to solve health safety, environmental, and productivity problems.
- Promote weekly toolbox safety presentations and support site safety efforts.
- Accountable for safe, efficient, effective contractor management including execution and administration of site small CAPEX projects and maintenance vendor service agreements.
- Plan and control maintenance OPEX budget, including capital expenditures.
- Aid in the transition to running all programs through SAP Maintenance.
Your skills:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering discipline or equivalent.
- Previous experience in maintaining manufacturing equipment with a focus on reliability aspects.
- Strong team leadership/people development and coaching experience.
- Experience in SAP PM module or similar.
- Experience in managing and leading minor capital projects.
- Skilled in LEAN and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
