Reporting directly to the ANZ Operations Manager - Manufacturing, you will lead our Stapylton facility in producing and distributing our products across Queensland, Northern NSW and to export customers. Your proven manufacturing experience, attention to detail, strong leadership skills and cost control management will demonstrate your ability to bring our client's dreams to life.
Your day will involve:
Manage the overall facility through cost, quality, safety & people Support the Assistant Facility Manager in escalated people & site matters Build relationships with our franchisees to support their needs Manage the financial performance of the facility with a strong focus on cost management and optimising efficiencies Take a leading role in the implementation of projects across safety, site & lean manufacturing About you:
Have a minimum of five years' experience managing a manufacturing environment Have experience implementing manufacturing projects Be passionate, with attention to detail in every area of producing quality products Demonstrate effective leadership and communication skills Have the ability to build strong rapport with a wide range of stakeholders including our franchisees Demonstrated ability in cost effective production, through effective use of labour, materials and equipment resources Have strong experience with transport and logistics with a successful track record of meeting distribution targets Have a proven track record of hiring, training and developing a team to deliver results Have experience with Quality Management Systems Be a disciplined Manager who operates with integrity Experience in lean manufacturing & project leadership is preferred but not essential In return you can expect:
