Manufacturing Coordinator / Section Leader

The Role As a Manufacturing Coordinator / Section Leader, you will:
Oversee daily manufacturing activities Develop production schedules Manage inventory control Drive continuous improvement Ensure quality and safety compliance Lead and motivate the production team Key Responsibilities Plan and manage production schedules Optimise processes for efficiency Monitor production KPIs Resolve technical queries Report to the General Manager Requirements Minimum 3 years in manufacturing Leadership and team management experience Strong organisational skills Knowledge of lean manufacturing Proficiency in MS Office Valid driver's licence; forklift licence preferred Remuneration and Conditions Competitive salary Full-time, Monday to Friday Wagga Wagga workshop How to Apply Send your resume and application to:
