About the Role Mandurah Baptist College is seeking to appoint a dynamic and innovative teacher of Engineering from 2024. The successful candidate will have a passion for STEM learning, with a focus on Mechatronics. The ability to teach Year 11 and 12 Engineering Studies ATAR and General is essential. The ability to teach across disciplines in Design & Technology (Wood & Metals) and Digital Technologies is also desirable.
The Engineering (Mechatronics) Teacher (FTE 0.8 to 1.0) will be teaching in our brand new, state of the art STEAM Centre, which opened in Semester 2 2022. With a purpose-built Mechatronics workshop and teaching space, linked to Design Technology, Science and Arts spaces, the STEAM Centre is an outstanding work environment. A collaborative and future-focused candidate will thrive as part of a professional team in this area.
