Maximize market share and profitability of the company's products and solutions. Achieve the regional Profit and Loss (P&L) targets. Establish and manage the regional team. Overview The Managing Director will be responsible for:
Implementing the company's values, mission, vision, and strategy. Gaining a deep understanding of the local energy market. Effectively branding the company's products and solutions as leaders in the Transmission and Distribution (T&D) energy sector. Increasing the company's visibility in the T&D market and securing recognition from Transmission System Operators (TSOs) for the company's solutions. Identifying and pursuing business leads to meet annual business goals. Leading the team in conducting market research, analysis, and marketing activities in alignment with the business strategy. Developing and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers in relevant government bodies, industry organizations (TSOs), and target customers. Requirements Education : Bachelor's degree or higher. Experience : Over 10 years of experience in the Transmission & Distribution (T&D) market. Current role as Marketing Director or a similar position in the EPC sector for T&D. Knowledge : Strong relationships with key decision-makers in the power and T&D market. In-depth understanding of the local grid market, including market size, competition, and trends. Familiarity with local customers, procurement processes, decision-making processes, and project management. Proficiency in English and the local language. Ability : Strong entrepreneurial spirit.
