We now seek a talented and visionary Managing Director to lead them to the next stage of their growth and success.As their Managing Director you will be responsible for providing strategic direction, overseeing operations, and ensuring organisational goals are achieved. This role demands a visionary leader with a proven track record in sales and a deep understanding of Spanish-speaking markets.Location: Gold Coast, Australia (travel interstate and internationally to Spanish speaking countries can be expected)Type: Full-time, ongoingSalary: Highly negotiable in the range $150,000 – $200,000 plus superannuation per annumKey Responsibilities of this role include:Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to drive growth and profitability.Provide effective leadership to the team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.Establish and nurture strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and partners.Lead sales initiatives, identifying new opportunities and markets to expand our reach.Drive innovation and ensure the delivery of high-quality services.Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and resource allocation.Monitor industry trends and adapt strategies to stay ahead in a competitive market.Undertake regular communication and engagement with clients.Skills Required:Proven experience as a managing director or in a senior executive leadership role.Strong background in sales with a track record of achieving revenue targets.Exceptional strategic planning and execution abilities.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a diverse team.Financial acumen and proficiency in budgeting and financial management.Fluent in both English and Spanish (native proficiency in Spanish highly desirable).(Ideally) lived in Spain or Latin America for at least 1 year.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree, or higher, qualification (or agreed alternative)Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar leadership role.A Qualified Education Agent Counsellor (QEAC) Certification is preferred.Unrestricted full-time working rights in Australia.Applications:If you are a dynamic and results-driven executive with a passion for driving sales and making a positive impact, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
