Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic business plans to guide organizational growth. Lead and manage senior leadership teams across various departments. Ensure operational efficiency and effective resource allocation. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders, clients, and partners. Monitor industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly. Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and reporting. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field; MBA strongly preferred. A minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior management role. Proven track record in strategic planning and operational management. Exceptional leadership and people management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Experience in stakeholder management and building strategic partnerships.
