Picturesque and historic Maryborough (population approx. 8,000 people) is midway between Bendigo and Ballarat, and the perfect base from which to explore Victoria's goldfields. It is only a two-hour drive northwest of the Melbourne CBD! Sociable working hours – Store open 9am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 12.30pm Saturday. This position's full-time roster is 9am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday with flexibility to work the occasional weekend if required. Be a registered pharmacist with AHPRA. Assist the Pharmacist in Charge with the day-to-day running of the pharmacy and act as the pharmacist on duty at times. Have well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, excellent presentation, and be dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. Demonstrate a high level of competence in and commitment to: Following great pharmacy practices and achieving a high level of pharmacy presentation standards. Accurately dispensing medications. Providing professional counselling and advice to customers. Actively promoting and participating in all Professional Services programs (such as vaccinations).
