Where you'll be working The position is based at Royal North Shore Community Health Centre in St Leonards and is, at times, required to travel across Northern Sydney, Northern Beaches and Hornsby Ku-ring-gai local government areas.What you'll be doing The Youth Health and Wellbeing Pathways (YHWP) Service Manager provides leadership and overall operational management for the following services:- Out of home care - Health Pathway Program- Vulnerable adolescents and young adults (12 to 24 years) and their families- Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Targeted Early Intervention (TEI) Program for young people

Consistently demonstrates behaviours that reinforce the CORE Values of our organisation; Collaboration, Openness, Respect and Empowerment. Demonstrates these behaviours with all stakeholders; colleagues, direct reports, as well as our patients and consumers, and those that care for them. Tertiary qualifications in a clinical, health-related field and/or demonstrated experience working extensively with children, adolescents, and young adults in a community health context. Describe the experience, skill and knowledge you have in working with adolescents and young people in a health and/or community context. Please describe an interagency partnership that you played a key role in developing. Describe the leadership and management experience, skills and knowledge that you could bring to managing a small community health team.
