Manager, University Timetable and Resource SchedulingSkip to contentHigher Education Officer Level 8 | $110,581 - $122,420 p.a. + 17% Super.Student Administration Services (SAS) at Flinders University is a key contributor to the student experience from admissions through to graduations to contribute to a contemporary and positive student and staff experience. Reporting to the Director, Student Administration Services, the Manager, University Timetable and Resource Scheduling will drive transformational change by embracing innovative solutions and improving internal processes relating to timetabling and resource scheduling across the University.Working in conjunction with key leaders in the Student Administration Service Team and college stakeholders, the successful incumbent will strategically lead, support, and enhance timetabling and resource scheduling services to support the University's teaching delivery activities.In addition to the above, the Manager, University Timetable and Resource Scheduling will:Coordinate the development, publication and maintenance of the University's teaching timetable, ensuring streamlined end-to-end service delivery to students relating to course requirements, class timetabling and class registration.Drive innovation and contribute to ongoing improvements of business processes and operational goals.Provide support for the ongoing monitoring of student and staff outcomes, the effectiveness of room utilisation, and suitability of space for purpose, creating and/or generating system reports.Actively promote collaboration and information exchange and contribute to a quality client service culture where all team members provide a consistently high standard of service to students and staff.Relocation and visa support is available for the successful candidate.About YouAs the successful Manager, University Timetable and Resource Scheduling, you will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate insights from data in a clear and concise manner. You will have outstanding written and oral communication skills, allowing you to create complex, yet clear documentation and solutions for different stakeholders. You will develop positive relationships within your own team, whilst simultaneously implementing new initiatives, systems and improving current business processes.
