Our Sector Operations team focuses on the transformation of our power, energy and mining sectors to achieve affordable, reliable and sustainable solutions for our clients, economy and society. We're ambitious, practical and outcomes-focused.

We are looking for aManagerto join our management consultancy team in Brisbane.

As a Manager in our Sector Operations team, your impact will be seen by:
Client Engagement: Collaborating with clients to understand their challenges and opportunities, providing strategic insights and actionable solutions.

Problem Solving: Applying analytical skills to identify issues, develop hypotheses, and implement effective solutions.

Communication: Articulating complex ideas clearly and persuasively to clients and team members.

Innovation: Staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to provide forward-thinking advice.

Project Management: Leading and managing projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client expectations.

Team Leadership: Mentoring and guiding teams of consultants, fostering a collaborative and inclusive team environment.

You will have at least 4-8 years of experience in management consulting, or a strategic industry role, withexperience in the energy, utilities or resources sector.

You will be skilled in problem-solving, verbal and written communication, and demonstrate a natural curiosity to explore and innovate. You will be a quick learner with a strong academic track record. You will be collaborative and able to adapt easily to different work environments, while maintaining high performance. And you'll be looking to join a great team and to make a difference.
