The opportunity EY's Strategy and Transactions division offers corporate, government and private equity clients professional transaction advice and services, from the strategic analysis phase of the transaction lifecycle, through to deal execution, and transaction integration.
The goal is to help EY clients achieve their best capital performance, deliver value to their stakeholders and meet their strategic objectives.
Transaction Strategy and Execution is a dedicated team within EY's Strategy and Transactions division that helps clients achieve their strategic objectives in acquisitions and divestments.
We cover a wide range of operational aspects in a transaction, including synergy assessments, separation readiness and support, operational due diligence and supporting the integration or separation process.

As a Manager, you will support and deliver small-medium sized projects or components of large-scale complex projects.
Manager level responsibilities include: Developing and presenting key deliverables to clients Identifying key client risks, issues and mitigating these ahead of time Analysing and evaluating a company's financials Managing engagement teams and leading by the EY values Acting as the main point of contact to our client Reporting directly to Directors and Partners Supporting in business development activities Collaborating widely with the broader Strategy and Transactions division and other teams within EY What we're looking for We have a wide range of clients and projects of different sizes, industries and regions.
