Opportunity to be involved.Reporting to the Head of People and Culture (P&C), this role is responsible for supporting ARPC build capacity by improving individual and organisational performance through the delivery of ARPC's Training and Development program of work.Role responsibilitiesTraining and DevelopmentProvide advice, guidance and input into strategic training and development plans across the organisation.Facilitate the design and delivery of suitable best practice / benchmarked training and development programs that build a high-performing, future ready and values-led team.Cyclical Performance and Development ProcessManage the annual performance and development process, including objective setting as well as mid-year and year-end reviews Integrate insights from annual and mid-year reviews into training and development initiatives including forward looking training and development plans.P&C team – continuous improvementActively collaborate to ensure the continuous improvement of P&C processes and documents, seek to share knowledge and feedback with P&C team, contribute to ARPC Corporate projects.Candidate attributesQualificationsCompleted or working toward tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related field (or equivalent experience) OR AHRI Certified Practitioner of Human Resources (CPHR) MandatoryExperienceConsiderable experience in similar role gained in a knowledge-based organisation and within a highly regulated environment MandatoryKnowledge of insurance, reinsurance banking or financial service Desired Experience in an Australian Public Service Agency DesiredWorking at ARPC At ARPC, we provide a respectful and inclusive working environment that supports a positive employee experience.
