About your new role:
Lead and develop teams, both in-house and outsourced, to achieve performance goals.Drive practical solutions and outcomes in a transforming landscape.Leverage extensive operational management experience to link service excellence to business strategy.Partner with Procurement to discuss existing contracts and secure new suppliers.Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.P&L management.Identify continuous improvement to continue to increase customer engagement and service quality.Manage supplier relationships and conduct periodic reviews.About you:
Proven leadership ability with a track record of coaching, developing teams, and achieving team and business goals.Extensive experience in operational management and customer service.Skilled in negotiation, conflict resolution, and facilitating resolution.Strong communication skills both written and verbal.Ability to implement operational plans and foster relationships.A sound Business acumen and the ability to manage both internal and external stakeholders.Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.Tertiary qualifications in operational management or related disciplines is highly desirable.All Rights Reserved | West Recruitment Pty Ltd
