The transformation of NAB Talent Acquisition is in its infancy with goals to invest in our systems, processes, ways of working and most importantly, investing in the capability of our recruiters. The Manager, Talent Acquisition is the culture glue of the team, the mentor, the leader that helps to focus on growth and innovation, responsible for a team of leaders and recruiters spread across the Retail, Contact centre and Home Lending businesses.
Key ResponsibilitiesYou'll develop the sourcing strategy for each of your business units across retail, contact centre and home lending, taking time to understand the complexities of each, collaborating with your TA leads, to find the best possible solutions.You'll continuously evolve our recruitment processes, systems and ways of working, ensuring the team receive the right support, development and guidance.You'll partner effectively with hiring managers, building capability in recruitment skills and techniques.You'll capture reporting and insights, articulating through data, the quality of the hires your team deliver, the impact on the business and more importantly, the impact on our customers.You'll collaborate with other members of the TA leadership team across Experienced Hires, Inclusive hiring, Employer Branch, TA Enablement (Technology, reporting etc).You'll work hand in hand with our People and Culture Business Partners on how to solve problems together, communicating openly and supporting each other to provide the best possible solutions for the most complex people problems.Your TeamThis is a new team who are looking for inspiring leadership. You will lead 3 Talent Acquisition Leads who specialise in retail, contact centre and home lending recruitment, all of whom have extensive experience and are looking for a humble, curious and supportive leader. Your broader team of ~8 FTE have a mixture of backgrounds, all coming together as a diverse and connected team to work side by side to deliver optimal recruitment solutions for our business partners. This team have fun together, lean in and support one another, and are looking for strong leadership to help them continue to grow and thrive as a team.
