Join the IMPACT Community Services team in January 2025 , as a full-time Manager Support Services .
In this influential and critical role, you will lead a team of dedicated professionals to provide high-quality support services to the local community.
Your strategic leadership will be crucial in driving the organisation's objectives and ensuring the efficient delivery of essential programs and initiatives.

To make a difference in this role, you will have Extensive experience in a management role within the community services or not-for-profit sector Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve organisational objectives Strong understanding of the social and community issues facing the local region Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Proven track record in budget management and financial reporting Tertiary Qualification in a relevant field (Early Childhood, Mental Health, or leadership) and/or experience in community services or allied areas Our offer to you At IMPACT Community Services, we value our employees and offer a range of benefits to support your professional and personal growth:
