The PositionThe Manager, Student Wellbeing and Accessibility is responsible for the day-to-day management of two of the University Experience Division's student support programs: Student Safety and Wellbeing and Accessibility. Student Safety and Wellbeing supports students' capacity to participate in their education by providing case management on issues that can impact their safety and wellbeing including harmful behaviours such as sexual misconduct and racism, as well as mental ill-health, trauma, grief and loss, substance misuse, relationship, housing and financial concerns. Accessibility assists students who have a disability, medical condition or who are recognised primary carers of a person with a disability to fully participate in their program of study. Accessibility oversees reasonable adjustment plans for students to ensure equity in access, participation and success.
The PersonYou will have relevant postgraduate qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Social Work, Counselling, Health Services, or Community Development and demonstrated experience in leadership and case coordination experience in a large organisation of wellbeing and support service functions. You will be experienced in managing and reporting on government funding.

In this position, you will report to the Senior Manager Student Safety and Wellbeing and work closely with senior practitioners in the Counselling and Clinical Intake teams to ensure high quality care and service delivery. The University Experience Division provides a range of support, enrichment, and advisory services to help students to achieve their university education goals.
