About the role The Manager Strategic Growth and Service Innovation is responsible for driving business growth by identifying strategic opportunities, leading the development of commercial proposals, responding to tenders, and ensuring the successful establishment of new services.
This role provides leadership to the business development team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration to achieve organisational objectives.
With a focus on strategic thinking, operational excellence, and relationship building, the Manager Strategic Growth and Service Innovation plays a critical role in enhancing the organisations impact and sustainability.
The Manager Strategic Growth and Service Innovation reports to the Executive General Manager, (Older Persons and Strategic Growth) and is part of the senior leadership team.
This is a full-time permanent contract (with a 6-month probation period).
The successful candidate will be based in once of GPHs existing hubs.

We are looking for someone with: Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, or health management.
Experience and proven record of achievement in a relevant senior leadership role that included line management of staff.
Experience and proven track record in successfully writing business submissions including responses to government and/or private tenders.
Demonstrated ability to successfully manage projects including service establishments.
Demonstrated high level written communication skills including ability to write executive level reports.
