Manager/Senior Bookkeeper

Located in the western suburbs of Perth, our clients are a well-established and highly successful accounting practice with 5 partners and 30 staff.The practice offers services within bookkeeping, tax and business services accounting, SMSF, and financial planning and research & development to a large and varied client base.Due to growth, the partners would now like to add to their already successful bookkeeping team with the addition of an experienced Senior Bookkeeper/Team Manager (full-time).The vacancy:BAS, Payroll, End of Month Accounts, Bank reconciliations, and general bookkeeping.Manage the bookkeeping team of two staff (Junior and Intermediate level Bookkeepers).Report to a highly experienced partner.Liaise with the Accountants.Support clients.Full-time hours.To apply:Ideally hold relevant bookkeeping qualifications.Have 5 or more years of experience as a Bookkeeper in Australia.Have excellent communication skills (written and verbal).Good leadership skills.Willing to work within and manage a small and friendly team.Be open to attending ongoing training and industry updates.Come to work with a smile!In return:Salary of $100,000 to $110,000 + Super.Full-time hours.Be part of a very low turnover and friendly team.Ongoing training and support.Fantastic location in a modern office.Latest software.Company social events.Management role.At Select Staffing, we value and respect our candidates, so every application is treated confidentially at all times.
