05th December,SNELLING STAFFING HAS AN IMMEDIATE OPENING FOR AN ACCOUNTING CLERK AT OUR AUTOMOTIVE SUPPLIER CLIENT IN CHESTERFIELD$/HOUR, TEMP TO HIREThe Accounting Clerk role will primarily work in the Accounts Payables Department and duties will include the following: Entering & Paying Invoices by ACH and checkAnswering vendor questions/communicationVendor input into DynamicsBalancing/reporting Payables spreadsheetFiling paid and ready-to-pay invoicesAssisting with CPA AuditAIM reports, Inventory, CommissionUse tax updatePay Credit CardsWill also be responsible for timekeeping in conjunction with payroll (approximately 100 employees) and eventually some work in Accounts Receivable.Qualified Accounting Clerk candidates will have:3 years of experience in an Accounting Clerk role, manufacturing setting helpful but not requiredBasic understanding of AccountingKnowledge of Microsoft Excel (required) #J-18808-Ljbffr
