North Lane have been exclusively engaged to source a MANAGER - SCAFFOLDING for one of WA's fastest growing, diversified and multi-disciplined Construction Contractors. Based in Perth (CBD), this role will play a pivotal role in shaping the structure and processes for the scaffolding requirements in collaboration with their clients.
The role will require site visits and you will have overall responsibility for overseeing all aspects of the Scaffolding Operations. This is a critical role to ensure all scaffolding activities are executed safely, efficiently and in compliance with industry Standards.
THE ROLESome key requirements include:
Strategic Planning - Collaborate closely with Clients to meticulously plan the structure and processes of the Scaffolding Projects from inception to completion, ensuring efficiency, compliance, on time execution and within budget.Business Development - Formulate a vision for departmental expansion and implement a comprehensive strategic plan for success.Team Development – Build and structure a high performing team fostering a culture of excellence & collaboration.Implement and enforce safety protocols to mitigate risks and maintain a safe working environment.Allocate resources, including manpower and materials to optimize project outcomes.Collaborate with Procurement and Logistics teams to ensure timely availability of required resources.Define and track Departmental KPIs.Coordinate with various stakeholders including Engineering teams, Contractors and Clients to ensure smooth execution.Identify potential risks and challenges associated with scaffolding projects and implement proactive measures.ABOUT YOUThe successful candidate will have: A min. 10yrs+ Scaffolding industry experience with 5yrs+ at a Manager/Leadership level.A strong background in Iron Ore & Resources Sectors.Innovative Engineering – able to bring experience in innovation engineering and scaffold designs with the ability to think outside the box and develop forward thinking ideas.Hold all relevant high-risk work licenses for Scaffolding (Advanced), W@H, CS.Qualifications in Section 44, Safety Leadership & Issue Work Permits (highly desirable).A people savvy leader with exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to nurture client relationships.Proven expertise with strategic planning & business development to drive growth and scale operations leveraging your industry insights.If you fulfill the criteria and would like to be considered, please don't hesitate to click the APPLY button and submit your resume today!
