State-wide Opportunity (depending on TAFE NSW campus availability)
Temporary Full-time until December 2028
Total Remuneration Package $178,647. Package includes salary of $158,152 pa plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.

About the role
This role is responsible for establishing, leading and managing a consistent 'fit for purpose' approach to benefits management, realisation and evaluation activities for the TAFE NSW Manufacturing Centres of Excellence.
This role is accountable for ensuring dynamic, iterative evaluation activities as well as formal evaluation and benefits reporting. This includes leading the engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
About You
The ideal candidate will possess the following:

Degree qualification in related field or equivalent significant experience.
Demonstrated experience applying benefits realisation methodologies in a complex project management environment.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to facilitate and synthesise a wide range of views and metrics.
A high level of proactivity and willingness to be agile to support the overall outcomes of the team and the Centres of Excellence.
