Position OverviewThe Manager, Property Services is a key leadership role, providing high level authoritative advice and management of capital works, facilities, assets and accommodation responsibilities on behalf of the department.
The primary focus is to work collaboratively to achieve effective and efficient development, use, management and maintenance of the department's owned and leased building portfolio.
DutiesThe Manager, Property Services will be responsible for:
Providing high level authoritative advice on capital works, facilities, and asset management.Collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure effective management of the department's property portfolio.Overseeing the maintenance and development of owned and leased buildings.Pre-Employment ChecksThe Head of the State Service has determined that a person nominated for appointment to this position is to satisfy a pre-employment check before taking up the appointment, promotion, or transfer.
Relevant serious criminal offences may provide grounds for declining an application for appointment.
