About the role

In addition to managing and controlling major incidents, this role is pivotal in establishing a systematic and proactive approach to problem management across the organisation.

The role will proactively monitor and maintain awareness of current and emerging business priorities that could impact service reliability.

About You

We're seeking an experienced professional to lead our problem and major incident functions. Your capability in leading cross-functional teams will ensure major incidents are handled efficiently and effectively.

Dealing with a wide range of stakeholders, you will have advanced communication skills, adept problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to customer service.

You will be analytical, organised, and have previous experience in coaching, mentoring, supervision and directing staff.
